Exploring Korean baseball online

Previous posts on a recent baseball visit to Korea included planning and logistics in addition to reviews of stadiums.  Here I provide resources for your own online exploration of Korea baseball.

The Korean Baseball Organization website features schedules, standings, rosters, stats, and links to each of the league's ten team websites.

Condensed video of all games (usually 8-12 minutes) can be found at SpoTV's Youtube channel.

Live streaming of KBO games is available through the Korean portal Naver.  Click on a game and you will be prompted to download a small application that accesses the stream.  Naver's KBO section also contains highlight videos, though at present no full-game VOD.

An active, informative and often useful online community for learning more about Korean baseball can be found at the KBO reddit.

Finally, here is a Google map of South Korea's baseball stadiums, including a few that are used only as secondary stadiums. You can copy this to your own map files to use for planning your own trips.
